From downtown Fort Walton Beach (coming from the Destin area or airport), once you pass a sign on the right for Thai Spice, turn left at the sign "Pirates Bay 214" with an "A" on the sign. If you miss it, you can turn into the B building and drive thru the Olive Garden parking lot.

Building A is the East building - to the left when facing the Olive Garden.

From the West (Navarre, Hurlburt, Pensacola), you'll pass the "Pirates Bay 214 B" sign - keep going just past the Olive Garden then turn right at the next Pirates Bay sign with the "A" on it.
